The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:

What I can return and when?

1. You receive Damaged, defective, wrong, expired, or not of a satisfactory quality product.
2. You receive a product that looks different from how it appeared on the product page

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions

1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels if original packaging is damaged
3. Product is used or altered or broken seal
4. If the request is initiated after 2 business days of delivery 

We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund for replacement or return process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

To raise a dispute, please send an email to us Disputes registered after 2 days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.”

Cancellation Policy:

Once you have placed the order you can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing the order. For cancellation, you can email the order number at info@regulushub.com

For any cancellation request placed within the mentioned time, the refund would be done as per the refund policy mentioned above.

If the cancellation request is placed after the mentioned timeframe, the request would not be entertained.

RegulusHub reserves the complete right to deny cancellation, refund, or replacement of the product or the placed order.
