This is a mixture of 9 Ratna (9 desi millets) and also it?s an easiest way to follow millet diet every day. Use of original Indian millets gives you 100% result in weight loss program and it is gluten free. This premix is 3 in 1, that means you can prepare instant dosa, or can prepare fermented batter from it to make dosa or prepare missi roti out of it using any of the following cooking methods. Ingredients- Ragi, Barley, Kodu, Little Millet, Barnyard Millet, Jowar, Urad daal, Bajra, Rice. Different cooking Methods for premixes are follows- 1. For instant dosa – add salt to taste and double amount of water (i.e. for 100gm premix add 200ml water) and 2-3 pinches baking soda or ENO. Mix and make dosa on a heated non-stick pan. 2. For normal dosa ? add double amount of water (i.e. for 100gm premix add 200ml water). Cover it and keep it aside for minimum 2hrs for fermentation. In this batter salt to taste and mix well. Make dosa on a heated non-stick pan. 3. For roti take same amount of Luke warm water, salt and make dough and roll chapatti & heat. You can make it more innovative by adding chopped onions, Coriander, Garlic etc.
